Abner Flack once owned 80 acres in the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of section 12
Township 96 North, Range 27 West in Wesley township. This 80 acres would
have joined the Homestead of Chandler Ward on the north. This may have been
the original Homestead of Abner Flack when he came to Iowa in 1869. It
came into the hands of a man named Miller and eventually into the possession
of Joe Miller his son.
