Thomas Pettus was a Citizen of Norwich, Norfolk County, England. Little is
known of his ancestry except that he came to Norwich from London and was a
merchant & an eminent & wealthy citizen. He was admitted to the Freedom of
Norwich in 1492. He is buried in St Edmund's Church on Lombard St in London,
England. His wife's name is unknown but he had at least one son, John Pettus.
