After Laura Wolf & Urban Hommerding's marriage he worked on farms at Wesley
& Irivington, IA; was janitor for St Benedict's Catholic church & school, and
he worked on farms at Renwick & LuVerne, IA, and at Elmore, MN and Lakota, IA.
Eventually they purchased a farm at C;larissa, MN, whichk Urban operated until
his death

Laura Wolf received her education in the St Joseph Parochial school in
Wesley. She played the piano, does crocheting and raises flowers. She and
her sister Hertula were the main care givers for their mother in her long
illness and Laura kept house for her father and brothers who, were then still
at home, until her marriage.
